E-Scooter Warranty and Service: What Does the 2-Year Warranty Cover?
2-year warranty on the scooter, 2-year warranty on the battery. Authorized service, original spare parts, and roadside assistance available in Slovenia.
Every new e-scooter comes with a 2-year full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the motor, controller, casing, and electrical wiring.
Battery Warranty
The lithium-ion battery has a separate 2-year warranty. It covers capacity loss below 70% within the warranty period under normal use (up to ~500 charging cycles).
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Wear and tear parts (brake pads, tires, indicator lights), damage from falls, unauthorized modifications, and damage due to deep battery discharge below 0%.
Authorized Service
Our network of authorized service centers covers Central Slovenia, Styria, and the Slovenian Littoral. For minor interventions (brakes, wheels), a visit to a local motorcycle mechanic is sufficient.
First Service
The recommended first inspection is after 500 km or 6 months (whichever comes first). It includes a brake check, wheel tightening, BMS calibration, and software updates.
