Commercial Warranty Terms
The commercial warranty is valid only to the extent and for the period specified on the warranty certificate or order confirmation.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty may cover material or manufacturing defects under the terms of the warranty certificate. To claim, you need proof of purchase and vehicle identification.
Service and Limitations
Maintenance must be performed according to the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper use, modifications, competitive use, normal wear and tear, or interventions by unauthorized persons, unless otherwise specified on the warranty certificate.
Statutory Rights
The commercial warranty does not limit or replace the consumer's statutory rights due to non-conformity of goods.
