6-step process

From order to subsidy payment in 6 steps. We prepare everything we can – you just sign and submit.

1. Scooter order

Choose your SZC AM model, color, and desired package. Before purchase, we'll jointly check the conditions of the current public call.

2. We prepare your documents

Upon receiving your order, we'll email you a printable PDF package: proforma invoice / invoice, declaration of ecological vehicle, homologation certificate, and the application form for EKO sklad / Borzen, already filled with your and our details.

3. Scooter payment

Pay the full price of the scooter (UPN or card). According to the fund's rules, the subsidy is paid LATER – the fund does not send money to the seller, but directly to your personal account.

4. Pickup and registration

Pick up and register the scooter in your name (or we register it for you). The registration certificate is a mandatory attachment to the application – without it, the fund will not process the application.

5. Submit application

Send the signed documents (application + attachments) by registered mail to the EKO sklad / Borzen address or scanned via the portal. If you wish, we can prepare the application for you to the point where you only need to sign and submit.

6. Payment to your account

The fund reviews the application and transfers the subsidy directly to your bank account. In our experience, you receive the money approximately 30 days after submitting a complete application (official deadline is up to 60 days).
