General Terms and Conditions
This page outlines the rules for purchasing electric scooters from seller Iron Holding d.o.o.
1. Seller and Order
The seller is Iron Holding d.o.o. An order is placed when the buyer receives order confirmation or a proforma invoice. Before concluding the contract, the buyer receives information about the model, price, delivery, and selected accessories.
2. Price and Payment
Prices, any subsidies, delivery costs, and the selected package are listed before order confirmation. Payment is possible by proforma invoice; financing is subject to the conditions of the selected lender and is not automatically approved.
3. Delivery and Pickup
The estimated delivery time is specified with the individual order. The buyer can pick up the vehicle, by arrangement, at the showroom and service center at Cesta k Dravi 45, 2000 Maribor.
4. Consumer Rights
Consumers typically have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Rights due to non-conformity of goods and any commercial warranty apply separately and in accordance with valid regulations.
