Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Before concluding a contract, we inform consumers about the withdrawal process, vehicle return, and any reduction in value.
14-Day Period
For distance contracts, consumers can generally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Send your withdrawal notice to info@szc.com, stating your order number and contact details.
Vehicle Return
Upon receiving instructions, return the vehicle or hand it over as agreed. The vehicle must be properly protected for transport. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the vehicle.
Exceptions and Refunds
Before a return, we check whether a legal exception applies to the specific order. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned vehicle or proof of return, in accordance with applicable regulations.
