Terms of the »Polni in vozi« Package
The package is activated only if selected and paid for at the time of purchase or otherwise confirmed in writing. Below are its basic limitations.
Duration and Mileage
The package is valid for three years from vehicle handover and up to a maximum of 30,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. Service intervals are mandatory and are defined in the service book or upon handover.
Included
Included are regular services at prescribed intervals, labor for fault rectification due to normal use, and agreed consumable materials: tires, brake pads, and bearings to the extent stated on the invoice or package.
The battery is included only if explicitly stated in the package confirmation. A replacement vehicle is only available if pre-arranged and subject to availability.
Not Included
The package does not cover damage due to accidents, vandalism, improper use, modifications, unauthorized interventions, competitive use, missed services, or use contrary to instructions. It does not cover registration, insurance, charging energy, cosmetic damage, or third-party damage.
Fault Rectification Time
After inspection, we will inform you of the estimated timeframe. The time depends on the type of fault and parts availability; a replacement vehicle is not automatically provided but only under agreed conditions.
