How to Set Up E-Scooter Charging at Home: Socket, Cable, Safety
You don't need a special wall charger for home e-scooter charging — a 230 V Schuko socket is sufficient. We explain everything about safety, cables, and costs.

A Schuko Socket is Enough
All our e-scooters charge via a standard 230 V Schuko socket with the included charger. A special AC station or wall box is NOT necessary.
Charging Time
AM model (2 kWh battery): 4–5 hours from 0 to 100%. A1 model (3.2 kWh): 6–7 hours. Charge most affordably overnight (10 PM–6 AM) at a lower tariff.
Cost of Charging
Full charge for AM model: 0.40 €. A1: 0.65 €. Annual cost for 5,000 km: 35–55 €.
Safety
Charge in a dry place at 5–30 °C. DO NOT charge outdoors in the rain, DO NOT use an unprotected extension cord longer than 10 m. If you suspect a fault (hot charger, smoke), unplug immediately.
Charging in an Apartment Building
If you don't have your own parking spot with a socket, you can remove the battery (on most of our models) and charge it in your apartment. Check the model specifications before purchase.
