Applying for EKO sklad Subsidy: Step-by-Step Process
We explain the precise application process for a subsidy: documents, deadlines, how we prepare the application for you, and when you receive the funds.
1. Model Selection
First, you choose an e-scooter model that is on the list of eligible vehicles for EKO sklad. All our models (AM and A1) are on this list — we will check for you.
2. Proforma Invoice
We will prepare a proforma invoice for you with all the data required by EKO sklad: VIN number, model, nominal power, battery capacity, delivery date.
3. Application
We complete the application together — we need your personal data, bank account number (TRR), a copy of your ID card, and proof of permanent residence in Slovenia.
4. Submission to EKO sklad
We submit the application electronically through the EKO sklad portal. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 24 hours.
5. Decision
EKO sklad usually processes applications within 30–45 days. During this time, you can already purchase and register your e-scooter.
6. Payout
After a positive decision, you send a photo of the registered license plate. The funds will be in your account within 30 days.
What if Funds Run Out?
The public call is open until funds are exhausted. We recommend timely submission (January–May), as funds are likely to be depleted in the second half of the year.
