EKO sklad is offering non-refundable incentives for the purchase of new electric two-wheelers for 2026. The incentive for L1e category e-scooters (up to 45 km/h) is 300 €, and for L3e category (A1, up to 85 km/h) it is up to 750 €.
Who is eligible for the subsidy
Individuals with permanent residence in Slovenia who purchase a new mass-produced electric scooter and register it in their name.
How the application process works
We prepare the application for you — from completing the form to submitting it to EKO sklad. Funds are typically deposited into your account within 60 days of a positive decision.
Combination with financing
You can also receive the subsidy if you finance your e-scooter through leasing or credit — the only important thing is that you are the owner of the vehicle.
Which models are eligible
Choose a category based on your license
For riders with an AM license, L1e models up to 45 km/h are suitable. For riders with an A1 license, faster L3e models up to 85 km/h are available with a higher subsidy.
